Introducing our Workplace Well-being Assessment, designed around the 7 Pillars of Workplace Well-being. Using our proprietary psychological questionnaire, we identify specific strengths and areas needing improvement within your organization. Each employee receives personalized feedback on their scores, highlighting areas that may benefit from further attention.
As part of this service, we also offer a company-wide analysis, presented either online or on-site (depending on your location), detailing collective strengths and stress points with actionable insights for improvement. Additionally, we provide tailored solutions targeting specific challenges within your team. The assessment takes only 10 minutes per participant, making it a quick yet powerful tool for enhancing workplace well-being.
Employee Well-Being Training
1- Day Workplace Well-being Training
Intense workshop for entry and specialist level employees that gives them the tools to communicate about well-being issues.
This workplace well-being training provides specific tools for recognizing and prioritizing well-being. Participants learn to identify and communicate well-being issues at work. We provide practical strategies for accurately recognizing both external factors in the work environment—such as lack of clarity and insufficient feedback or recognition—and internal factors like limiting beliefs and negative self-talk that contribute to decreased well-being. We help simplify communication by highlighting the most common factors that impact well-being in the workplace and teach participants how to communicate their needs in a straightforward, effective manner.
We organize the training for groups of 9-15 people.
Healthy Leadership Training
3-day Well-being Skills Training
Intense training for managers that gives them the tools to navigate workplace well-being challenges.
Our Healthy Leadership Training empowers managers to contribute to the well-being of their teams by equipping them with the skills to spot well-being issues and address them in a healthy, constructive manner. This training covers seven cornerstones of well-being: flexible reaction patterns, intrinsic motivations, value alignment, recognition, positive self-talk, change resilience, and growth mindset. Participants also design their own well-being plans and interventions, ensuring they leave with actionable strategies. By inviting authenticity and fostering genuine connections among participants, our training creates a supportive community. This network provides ongoing support, helping participants continue to assist each other when they return to their respective teams.

Well-Being Mentoring for Leaders
Individual sessions
One-on-one sessions for leaders who want to understand well-being mechanics and apply them to create nurturing environments for their teams.
Our Workplace Well-being Mentoring program offers individual sessions with leaders and managers, designed to provide practical insights into the well-being dynamics of their teams. These sessions help leaders understand what is happening in terms of team well-being and assist in designing effective interventions for their workplace.
By leveraging knowledge about the mechanics of how people think and operate, the program helps managers find solutions to well-being challenges. It also aids in identifying blind spots and avoidances that may be affecting leadership effectiveness. Through this process, leaders gain a clearer understanding of their own behaviors and how these influence their team's well-being.
