Well-being Psychologist
Agnieszka Bojanowska is the co-creator of Well Made, trainer, mentor and therapist with over 20 years of experience in the science and practice of well-being. Her extensive knowledge encompasses the mechanics of human thriving and well-being across diverse contexts.
Agnieszka has conducted and supervised over 200 research projects on well-being, and supported more than 100 people across the world in their journeys toward happiness and thriving. She has developed unique training and education programs on well-being, developed and scientifically tested interventions aimed at increasing happiness, and she provides therapy and well-being mentoring to individual clients, mostly from big corporations. She runs a therapy practice Paths to Well-being in Amsterdam, and holds a title of Associate Professor of Psychology.
The training programs designed by Agnieszka are rooted in scientific research, insights from clients with burnout and perfectionism issues, and principles from various therapeutic modalities and positive psychology interventions. She seamlessly integrates science-based approaches with bold and unorthodox techniques, crafting unique training programs that encourage participants to grow at an accelerated pace.
